The project is located in an industrial zone in Payas, one of the southern provinces in Turkiye where the summer season lasts for 8 months, and these criteria have become main factors in the design considerations. By evaluating the climate data around the project area, comfortable working spaces with efficient energy use are created. The required spaces in the building are grouped based on their functions and organized according to the sustainability criteria. As a result, the U-shaped mass is designed and a second top cover is used above it as an integral part of the design. It is intended to protect the building by developing a design strategy on the roof form and the construction system.

The element of water reflects the criteria of aesthetics and functionality in the project. Two symmetrical pools on either side of the passage emphasizes the gateway and strengths the character of the facade. From a functional point of view, the water evaporates and helps to cool the structure. The facade materials of beige limestone and brown marble are preferred. Also, shiny bronze metal plating is included in some details.
